3. Famine/food shortage is more than a health problem, it is a social, economic and a development problem. Although the government and other implementers have tried over the last decade, the communities of Uganda in certain regions remain vulnerable and hence the high demand to improve Agriculture through modern methods

APPROACH TO POVERTY REDUCTION
By taking up result oriented and focused outcome will benefit the economy
Also poverty can be reduced by comprehensiveness approach in recognizing the multidimensional nature activities in tackling the problem
Partnership oriented involving coordinated participation of development partners by government, domestic stake holders, and external donors
Country driven activities in promoting national ownership of strategies through broad best participation of civil society
Reviving good culture attitudes towards Agricultural practice
Empowering the communities through education and training on the activities that will boost the agricultural productions
Formulating the youth groups that will be engaged in agricultural activities in different areas
Partnering with schools to revive the agricultural clubs to bridge the gap in order to eliminate poverty

6. APPLE CONCEPTS TARGETED NUMBER IN A DURATION OF ONE YEAR
Apple concept limited has a desire to at least to reach out within a specified period to the population of about 3,000,000 people in the period of one year only through net work in media planning, experiential marketing, market research, Radio ,outdoor adverts, Agricultural research, TV and Radio installation programming, production and development of the adverts
7. BUDGET QUESTION
a. Started with an amount of about $ 5,000
b. One of the most outstanding sponsor of Apple concepts limited is World Vision and Coca Cola Uganda especially during the period of our exhibitions which was conducted in one of the district in the country. They gave both in kind and some facilitation like the road advertizing van, refreshments and support in public address system and this was in the month of September 2011
c. Apple concepts hopes to spend amount of $100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Dollars) in the Year 2012
d. In the five years to come our spending is estimated to reach approximately $ 1,200,000 (One Million Two Hundred Dollars) covering budget for the years 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017
e. Ways by which Apple Concepts limited raises her funds/sponsorship may include through marketing lobbing, writing proposals to different organizations, event management and exhibition arrangement for all the different groups i.e farmers groups international organizations, business communities, non government and government organizations.
8. WHAT COMPELLED US (APPLE CONCEPTS LIMITED)
The passion to see the common people who have gone through hard situation like rebel attacks especially lords resistance army (LRA), Uganda People Movement (UPM), Cattle Raiders in their time to get better services so to experience some good improvement in the standard of living
Apple Concepts Limited has the mandate to encourage the communities to take up responsibility to engage in productive activities like improved methods of Agriculture to achieve food security for better living.
9. HOW DID APPLE CONCEPTS LIMITED COME UP WITH IDEAS
We came up with the fresh ideas after the reality of the civil wars, Floods that have affected our communities. Through prayer we started having meetings amongst our- selves until we had to register the organization with the registrar of companies. Yes together with our friends we had to pull the little money until the company was registered and even incorporated in 2009
10. WHAT APPLE CONCEPTS LIMITED BELIEVES
Apple concepts is there to enable the improved productivity and profit margins of large numbers of small holder farmers
Apple concepts can also help in improving the quantity and quality of the produce to meet the market needs and demands
Apple concepts will also increase competiveness, identify markets for the products through market research
Apple concepts will mobilize farmers through training, workshops, and exhibitions in order to change the society attitudes
Apple concepts will partner with other organizations, community based organizations, stake holders in providing food storage in Amuria and Katakwi Districts
Apple concepts will mobilize farmers into group projects so that each group will have a demonstrating farm
Apple concepts will also partner with financial institutions that will advance loan facilities to the farmers
Apple concepts will partner with seed companies, tool companies in order for the farmers to easy access to modern seeds and tools to increase productivity
Apple Concepts will setup farm projects that will offer jobs to the youth, women and the men.
11. HOW THE PROJECT CAN BE ACHIEVE
• To promote positive modern agricultural/farming methods through alternative means.
• To empower the communities in Teso region through media messages, leading to reduction in food shortage among them.
• To contribute to the reduction of famine in the northern region.
• To provide along with other stakeholders better ways of farming that will generate enough income for the families in Teso region, regular reassuring radio messages provocation through media.
• To revive the positive heritage and culture in Teso region.
PARTNERSHIP SHORT ANSWER QUESTIONS
Basing on the situation currently and the need that is at hand for the last five years in the context of collaboration in marketing research, event management, media planning, yes there are three co-founders who work at level of being in the positions of Directors and they still holding the same positions right now
Our level in the organization are marketing Director and the sales executive and we do work by going out to look for clients in order to connect them to organization for business purposes, mobilizing community leaders and continuity in business services
Delivering the proposals, making follow-up on them when accepted taking the invoices
Then also when we have an event, there is setting up the venue and tearing it up after the event.
